Megan's
Megan’s is an independent London restaurant group who approached us to help with their ambitious expansion plans. We have developed and enhanced their initial concept and proposition for multiple sites, streamlining the whole process of design and implementation. We introduced a tender process, whilst value engineering the design to set the blueprint for sustainable future growth.
We are responsible for all aspects of design, project management, and approvals, as well as recommending and working with main and subcontractors. Their Clapham Old Town site in London opened Christmas 2018, offering 5850sq ft and 184 covers.
